About this module:

  • What you'll learn? In this module we cover some simple tactics and techniques to reduce the amount of time you spend managing your inbox.
  • Why it matters? Regardless of how busy you are, research shows that the more frequently you check your email the more stressed you will be. Moving from checking email continuously to checking 3x per day decreased stress by approximately 20% (about the same amount as meditation) regardless of how many emails received.
